In theory, yes! However, with the current COVID-19 issues, I can’t ship everywhere unfortunately.
At this moment, I only ship to:
- Netherlands
- European countries
- Canada
- United States
- Japan
- Australia

All items from this shop will be shipped to you from The Netherlands, Europe.
When will my order be shipped?
It’s understandable you want your order to arrive soon, and I’ll do my absolute best to make that happen! The amount of time I need to pack and take your item(s) to the postal office, vary per item. Most items in this shop will be shipped within 2 workdays after your successful payment. If an item needs more time than that, it’ll be mentioned in its product description.
How long will the delivery take?
IMPORTANT NOTE: The COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak might affect shipments worldwide. This will be out of my control. I’ll ship items as long as postal services are still up and running, but deliveries can be (heavily) delayed.
Please be extra patient during this challenging period.
Estimated delivery time (under normal circumstances):
– From The Netherlands to The Netherlands: 1-2 days
– From The Netherlands to other European countries: 1-2 weeks
– From The Netherlands to the USA / Canada: 3-4 weeks
– From The Netherlands to the rest of the world: 4 weeks
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping rates are calculated based on your location, and on your purchased item(s);
- “Envelope items” are small, flat items that’ll fit in your mailbox (stickers, cards, etc)
By default: Envelopes come without track & trace - “Boxed items” are parcel items (bags, suitcase beds, calendars, or valuable handmade items)
By default: Parcels come with track & trace and insurance.
Items within the Netherlands:
– Envelope items: € FREE SHIPPING
(Exception: the Magic Ferret Card XL comes with a € 2,73 shipping fee)
– Boxed items: € 5
Items to European countries:
– Envelope items: € FREE SHIPPING
(Exception: the Magic Ferret Card XL comes with a € 5 shipping fee)
– Boxed items: € 10
Items to the rest of the world:
– Envelope items: € FREE SHIPPING
(Exception: the Magic Ferret Card XL comes with a € 5 shipping fee)
– Boxed items: € 15
Lost or damaged goods
All orders in this webshop are packed with strong and reliable shipping materials. Valuable and fragile items will receive extra protective support to ensure a safe journey. Billing addresses and shipping labels will be double checked, and the order will be taken to the local postal center by me personally.
Unfortunately, the rest of the shipping process is out of the control of Ferret Fair. If, in the rare occasion, an order gets lost or damaged during transport, Ferret Fair cannot be held responsible for this. Nevertheless, if you find yourself in this unfortunate situation, I’d like to figure out a way to help you. Contact me through: info@ferretfair.com.
