Can I get a refund?
Yes, in most cases, you absolutely can;
If your order is still pending (meaning: your order hasn’t been shipped yet), you can easily cancel your order and get a refund. Please let me know as soon as possible, through: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your order is already on its way to you, please wait until you’ve received it. You have a reflection period of 14 days, starting the moment you received the item(s) of your purchase. If you’d like to get a refund, make sure to contact me within these 14 days, by sending me an email at: email@example.com.

The following products are not refundable:
If you commissioned me to create a custom product for you (such as a portrait or necklace), I’ll keep you updated on the entire process, by sending you pictures through email and asking questions about it. I want you to be super happy with the result! 🙂 The result of what I’ve created for you will be presented to you via email, through clear photographs. The item will only be shipped after you’ve confirmed you’re happy with the result. Therefore, you agreed with the design. For this reason, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Digital goods, such as printables or downloadable tutorials are not refundable. If there’s something wrong with the file, I will send you the correct file as soon as I can!
