In this privacy statement, you can see which (personal) information I keep of you, when it happens, and why it’s necessary. This privacy statement is under the reservation of possible adjustments in law, or when changes are being made within my business. It is advisable to consult this privacy statement regularly.

Your information:
When you’re a visitor and/or client, I need some of your personal information, in order to be of good service to you. The amount of information I need, depends on the purpose. Each purpose will be explained below, within the following 2 factors:

Webshop
A. Which information do I need?
Your first and last name, address, and contact information (phone number and email address).
B. What will I do with your information?
I’ll use your email address to keep you updated on your purchase, as long as the purchase is still pending. Your phone number will only be used in cases of (urgent) questions I might have about your order. Your first and last name is fundamental for my administration and storing bills, to keep sight on who ordered what. I only use your address to send you your order. Usually, this happens through PostNL (within The
Netherlands), unless pointed out differently.
C. Who sees your information?
I do, as the owner of my business, as well as my bookkeeper (when we are processing my administration).

A. Which information do I need?
Your first and last name, address, and contact information (phone number and email address).
B. What will I do with your information?
I’ll use your email address to keep you updated on your request, as long as the request is still pending.
Your phone number will only be used in cases of (urgent) questions I might have about your request, or when they are inconvenient to discuss through email. Your first and last name is fundamental for my
administration and storing bills, to keep sight on who ordered what. I only use your address to send you your order. Usually, this happens through PostNL (within The Netherlands), unless pointed out differently.
C. Who sees your information?
I do, as the owner of my business, as well as my bookkeeper (when we are processing my administration). In the case of an order involving a printing company (when I, for example, take care of the printing process of cards or prints), the printing company receives your name and address in order to send the order your way. This only happens through consultation and with your permission.
How long will I keep your information?
I keep my administration, thus your information, as long as my business is active. I do think it’s very
important to protect your personal information. The devices in which your information are stored, are
password protected. My digital administration and webmail is also extra protected with strong passwords.
I will never sell your information to others.
Your rights as a visitor/customer
As a visitor and/or customer, you have the following rights:
- Right to inspect information: Would you like to receive an overview of the information I have of you? I’m obligated to send it to you.
- Right on rectification: If you’d like to make changes in the information I have of you, I’m obligated to make those changes.
- Right on transferring information: You’ve got the right to transfer the personal information I have of you, to another party or service.
- Right on deleting information: I’m obligated to delete your information when you want me to.
